We aim to process your return within 1-2 days of receiving the parcel. We will refund you the same day the return is processed, however it can take 1-3 working days to show in your bank account.
We aim to process your return within 1-2 days of receiving the parcel. If the item is in stock and return postage has been paid your exchange will be sent back to you the same working day the return is process. If the item is not in stock it may take up to 28 days to manufacture.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
