UK Delivery

Please note:

  • *Guaranteed delivery services are dependent on the availability of the item(s) on your order. All delivery times are from the date of despatch and not the date of ordering. If ordering more than one item, your order will be shipped in one delivery once all items are in stock.  Should there be items on your order that are out of stock, they will be added to our production plans for manufacture, if you wish in stock items to be shipped ahead a second postage fee will be incurred.
  • Items with personalisation take longer to process.
  • TOFFS are not liable for any imports charges.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size/product or offer you a refund. All personalised items cannot be accepted for a return/refund unless the item is faulty. If you believe any of your items to be faulty, you must contact us immediately.
Before you send your item(s) back to us, please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) with your reason for returning e.g. Exchange for size Small.

Please note:

  • If the item is being returned for a refund, you will NOT be refunded the cost of shipping the original package out to you.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless faulty.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. 

To return your item(s) please first request an RMA number via the contact us form, once you have received your RMA number please complete the form on the back of your packing slip and return the parcel to:
