How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
Shirts and Tracktops - When ordering shirts you can see that we have the words ‘In stock’ or ‘Made to order’ for certain sizes and products. If the size or shirt you require is ‘Made to order’ then it will be made for you when you place the order. This can take anything from 1-28 days, and there is a guide on each product of how long. You can then log in to your order at anytime to see its progress.
Books and DVDs –These are kept in stock and are constantly monitored and replenished, so please allow 1-7 days for dispatch.
If a shirt is not in stock, how long will it take to come back in to stock?
We do advise next to each product how long the likely manufacture time will be, this can be anything from 1-28 days.
The item I want seems to be out of stock, but I need it for a birthday next week, what can I do?
Don’t panic! If you do not wish to opt for a substitute item, then we can design and send you a TOFFS gift card free of charge. The card will carry an image of the chosen item/gift, a message from yourself, and an explanation from TOFFS that the item is being manufactured especially for the recipient, and will follow in due course. To arrange this, simply call us or send an e-mail to enquiries@toffs.com

How long does delivery take?

What does 'made to order' mean?
Alongside each shirt are the words ‘made to order’ or ‘in stock’ – if the item is made to order there will be a line of text above this, explaining the estimated lead time for that garment. Each shirt has a different lead time, and this ranges from 1-28 days. You can log in to your order at any time and see the progress.

For the service of adding a name/number to a shirt these are the following prices: £5 per name, £5 for one number, or £7.50 for two numbers. This is a personalisation service which is not affected by VAT
