How long does delivery take?
Delivery times and costs depend on how many items you order and where you're items are being shipped to.
Your order will be dispatched when all items attached to your order are in stock. To check availability and production times, please feel free to contact us between 8.00a.m – 5.15 (UK time) Monday to Friday or e-mail us at enquiries@toffs.com
The delivery times below are an indication of how long it will take for your item to reach you once it has been dispatched.
Ship ahead – if you have ordered multiple items, and we only have some of them in stock, then we can organise to ship these ahead for you, simply call us or send an e-mail to arrange this.
UK Customers

Standard delivery: £3.95. Royal Mail 1st class Recorded (signed for)
For UK customers standard delivery is made via 1st class recorded post with Royal Mail, this is a signed for service and usually takes 1-3 days from dispatch. If nobody is at home to sign for the item(s) then the parcel will be left with a neighbour, or redirected to your local sorting office for collection, Royal Mail will leave a card.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery as Royal Mail will not class anything as lost in post until that time has elapsed.
After 15 days please contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf and either send you a replacement item, or issue a refund for the goods.
We also offer a 'next day' from dispatch service with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items are usually delivered next day before 1.30pm with this service. This costs £6.95 and we can send a maximum of 3 items with this service.

Courier delivery £6.95 UPS
We do offer an express delivery service via UPS couriers. These items are delivered next working day from dispatch, between 9am - 6pm. If nobody is at home to sign for the parcel, UPS will try for a further two working days, and ultimately redirect them to your local UPS depot.
We can send 1-49 items to the UK with UPS, this service is £6.95.
UPS courier service
Overseas orders for 4 items or more will be made via UPS. The shipping charges vary depending on location and amount of items purchased.

BFPO orders are welcomed and are charged at £2.95. On placing an order add a separate shipping address - ensure the BFPO number is in the post code section and the UK address is the destination country.
